This was my baby, it was definitely bittersweet, I had formed a bit of a bond with the old girl.

At least its legacy will live on and it will turn this young man into a true jalop.

Sold it so I can afford to take care of the baby that’s coming in February and to make room for my truck(primarily to make room for the truck).

Having 4 cars and only a 3 car driveway made it annoying to take the truck out of the garage.

I feel you. I just put my XJ12 up to sale to pay for a baby that’s due in December. It’s never fun selling a cool car like that, but it’s better to have owned and sold then to have never owned at all.

i wish I had 4 cars. I’ve got three tho ATM. but one is a Cavalier that will be sold as soon as I know I can trust the VR-4, and the cash will be used to buy snow tires and spare wheels for the VR4 and the wife’s fit. Also here’s hoping I can get myself a Miata before there is a baby coming.

3 cars were mine(‘13 Ford Fusion,’86 Chevy C20 truck, ‘79 Lincoln) and my wife has an ‘13 escape.

I would REALLY want a ND Miata and TBH I’ve always hated Miatas but the new one is pure sex.

A mixture of things. I was running out of space since my driveway is 3 cars wide and we had 4 cars. Every Time I wanted to use the truck in the garage I had to play tic tac to with the cars.

I also have a baby due in February so this will free up some cash to buy some of the stuff we will need like carseat,stroller,ect.

we looked at a house with a heated 2 car garage. it was great, built int he 70’s so relatively new (especially compared to the 1754 house we looked at) i would have had an office, tons of space for the kids and the lady was going to leave her full size pool table. unfortunately it was next to crack head villa apartment complex so my wife said hell no and i reluctantly agreed

yea... in that town there are no houses for sale under $50k. I think the starting point is $100 and thats pretty f’in cheap for this area, not even a fancy town.

i looked in a neighboring town and this is the lowest I could find without doing a time involed search
